Sympathetic fit to a listed building
This was a cat A fit out of an existing 8 story listed building with a 1.0m raised floor and solid ceilings.

Kooltech Involvement: The project had floor mounted fan coils which were painted (RAL9010 White). The BC controllers were installed in ceiling voids above toilets and the condensing was installed on gantries on each floor. Some of the condensing units had to be striped down and rebuilt on site by Kooltech due to site restrictions for access and delivery.
Local controllers in small groups (YES and Centralised controllers per zone of which there were 10 across the three floors. This gives a flexible amount of local control and can easily be adapted to small offices.
The remaining 5 floors of the 8 story building remained fully operational whilst the project was live.
